I was honored to be selected as one of the three students to represent NYC Design factory and Pace University from the entirely of Pace University’s affiliated schools.

We collaborated in an international, multidisciplinary team to identify and interpret user needs, develop and iterate mockups and wireframes and design a product prototype every week, that implements CERN technology to meet the United Nation’s sustainable development goals

We also rigorously studied design thinking principles and their application to everyday UI design, we studied research methodologies and applied them to case studies given to use by CERN coaches, and presented all of these research findings in an international showcase.

This showcase was graced by the presence of every stakeholder, product owner, and client we worked with from the various levels across CERN, including the Head of Resources Development of the Development and Innovation Unit (IPT-DI) at CERN, Switzerland, Markus Nordberg.
